Linguistic Statement Analysis

After 26 years of service, Mr. Koenig retired as an Inspector from the Michigan State Police.  During his law enforcement career he was the lead investigator on the James R. Hoffa case, and was directly involved in investigations of homicides, organized crime, financial crimes, narcotics, computer fraud, and public corruption. 

He is a past President of the Michigan FBI National Academy Associates, past treasurer of the National Alliance of State Drug Enforcement Agencies, and founding Vice President of the Lansing Chapter of the ACFE (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners). 

Mr. Koenig owns and operates KMI Investigations, LLC  (www.Kmiinvestigations.com), a bonded and licensed professional investigative agency.  He is a CFE, FCLS (Fraud Claims Law Specialist), and FCLA (Fraud Claims Law Associate).  In addition to investigations, Mr. Koenig conducts Linguistic Statement Analysis and uses that powerful tool in every aspect of his work.
