Denotes aptitude for understanding legal terminology, legal complexities,
and supporting documents
Appraises knowledge of law office protocol as prescribed by ethical
codes.

NALS of West Michigan offers a study group to help prepare
you for this examination. This study group
thoroughly reviews all three parts (Written Communications; Office Procedures
and Legal Knowledge; and Ethics, Human Relations and Judgment) with the assistance of attorneys, Certified PLS's, or individuals with expertise in a particular area.

Members may attend free of charge.
Non-members are asked to pay $15 per section.
All students are responsible for their own text books.
Check with your Human Resource Director for you office’s policy on
reimbursement.
