The NALS of
Michigan summer meeting is scheduled for June 21, 2008.
The topic
is Boot Camp for Members-
Maneuver the Membership Obstacle Course.
As suggested at the Annual Meeting, the education for this meeting is
FREE!!
Please
encourage ALL
members to attend. The
NALS of Michigan Executive Committee will be presenting break-out
sessions for all officers focusing on their roles and duties. Members
who are not officers may choose to attend one of the "officer" sessions
or attend the general membership break-out session. The issues and/or
concerns discussed at the Town Hall Meeting held in conjunction with the
Annual Meeting will be incorporated and addressed, as well as a
presentation by a representative of NALS of West Michigan-- a Chapter
that keeps "growing...and growing....and growing......."
The location for the June 21
meeting has changed, as has the schedule. We will be meeting at
Lansing Community College, and the Board Of Governors meeting will begin
at 9:30 a.m. This will allow the entire afternoon for the Boot Camp
education.
